Policies
•Your reservations are for Friday from 11am through Sunday at 4pm unless you have booked additional days.
1.•There is a 4 person minimum/8 person maximum stay per weekend.
2.•A $50.00 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
3.•We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover and American Express in addition to Cash, Personal check and Paypal. If a check is returned unpaid there will be a $30 bank fee due with your balance.
4.•The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your reservation date.
5.•If you are booking within 30 days full payment is required to hold the reservation.
6.•If we are unable to collect payment in full by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
7.•Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days of your arrival date are eligible for any monies paid less a 10% cancellation fee. If your cancellation is less than 60 days of your reservation date then you forfeit your deposit.
8.•Should a reservation be cancelled by us, and you do not wish to reschedule, all monies will be refunded in full.
9.•We are a non smoking facility. No smoking is permitted inside the house or on the deck. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only and we expect disposal of any trash in an appropriate receptacle.
10.•Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age, 16-17 yrs of age if accompanied by an adult.
11.•No burning of candles permitted inside or on the deck.
12.•No pets or animals of any kind permitted.
13.•Normal wear and tear is expected however, excessive damage to the property, its contents, or on the premises will be the responsibility of all parties on the reservation and any repair charges must be paid within 30 days of the departure date from your retreat.
